Closed Player was banned?

    Hi I received a notice that my character was using profane language when i hadn't spoke in the chat box for the entire day?
    Someone told me there is a Trigger warning of some sorts? my character name is Teabag and i cannot see how this is offensive in any manner?
    Since when did Tea become offensive...

    well that makes sense I suppose, can you explain why banning one character locks my account. From a logical perspective I should not be allowed to play on Teabag but should be able to play on my other two characters. If you find this invalid change your "ban" to an account ban, not a character ban...

    The ban is an account ban. It's also an IP and MAC ban. You, the person, are not permitted to play until the ban expires.
