how come I cant access website or game? please check I wasnt ip banned or mac banned. When I use my internet on my phone using my own data I can go to the website. However when I try to use the router's wifi, website wont load. That is the reason Im thinking im IP banned or something. Please confirm. Thankyou.
This exact error actually happened to me a few days ago, and has happened to me a couple times before in the past. Try turning off your router for 5 minutes before turning it back on again. This should fix that particular error. If it doesn't work than I'm out of ideas, since this is not my area of expertise.
I just tried turning my router off for a good 30 mins. Still the same. So, you are definitely sure I am not ip banned or mac banned?
Hmm. Then I definitely don't know the issue. When it happened to me a few times it seemed as if I was "ip blocked" since I certainly was not banned. I apologize for not being able to help you more. I'm sure someone with more technical experience will help you out.
Thanks alot Daniel. I hope I will be able to play tomorrow. I've done everything I can. Still thinking that I am ip banned because when I change my IP, for some reason I can view website but when I try logging in I get stuck on login part.
