I bought a Pink Gaia Cape from FM but I did everything in a completely fair manner; no cheating in any way ,shape, or form. Also if you do restore my account I had Storm Caster Gloves on sale in merchant shop among some other small items do I lose those forever? Why do you think you got banned?: Apparently for not having a MAC Address. But please understand that I am ignorant about computer stuff like that. Just give me a chance! I am a college kid using my college connection through an Ethernet port to connect. Maybe it's the college network?? I have been faithfully playing this game for months now and I have done no wrongs whatsoever. I just wanna enjoy the game that I grew up playing. I am not causing any harm to anyone. Please consider allowing me to play again. As for the MAC Address I will learn how to report it. It must be a security risk right? Give me an opportunity to right the wrong please! Ban message when attempting to log in: You have been permanently banned for a serious violation. That violation was not having a MAC Address. What GM banned you (optional): I don't know. EDIT: I would like to add that I looked at the Terms and Conditions page and maybe it's just me but I could not find the rule saying anything about MAC Address. I also found out what my MAC Address is. How should I report this?
Are you using certain programs besides Royals when you play? Sometimes your account will have a MAC associated it, other times it won't even when the times logged are merely a few hours apart.
I don't know... I know that I can only connect via an ethernet port in my dorm room. I really have no idea. I mean I have been using my laptop as a wireless hotspot for Vita/3DS and PS3 but that is the only other thing I can think of. If it has only been recent that I lose a MAC Address than that must be it.
Hi, I'll explain what happened. When I check for vote abusers, it brings up a large number of players who don't have MAC addresses. Although there are people who have valid reasons why they don't appear to have a MAC address, there are also those who are up to something dodgy. From time to time, we temporarily ban people on this list as a precautionary measure until they give us their correct MAC address and we can check that they haven't been up to something dubious.
