I have done 18 times before maintenance, but after i logged and started to do Plump Pumpkin Box mission, and my Plump Pumpkin Box was rested to 0 after maintenance. I hope GM can recover my Record .
The announcement said that it should be reset to 4. So you should at least get that. I experienced the same thing.
Hello, the turn-in progress of some players' participation this year's event has been reset to 0 due to an oversight on our end. And unfortunately this is something that we are not able to appropriately refund players for. Apologies for any inconveniences to those who lost their progress, but hopefully there is plenty of time left in the event for players to complete their turn-ins. Additionally, players who managed to obtain more than 4 turn-ins from this year's event so far was due to a bug exploit, which has now been fixed.
