Some days before we discussed in Matt's thread if we might change the version or smth else. In the end Matt threw 3 options in and like me, some people liked to have a poll about this. Since no GM did it so far I'll just post one. Matt's 3 options are here: 1) Increase level cap to 250 or 255 and WZ edit new class skills, maps, higher level content, bosses etc. This is possible, but a lot of hard work. 2) Wipe the server and lower the exp rate. Obviously the easier option, but would be very upsetting to a lot of people but will also have a lot of advantages. Mainly there would not be any duped equipment, or anyone with items made before the white scroll/chaos change, it would allow us to sort out leeching, it would also give us more time to implement the higher level content since it will take users longer to get to that stage, it will make pq's a lot more worthwhile, and basically make the game more fun. Obviously if this happened we would ensure that all the PQ's were sorted out before the wipe took place, and ensure all the little things like the chair quest on maple island worked and stuff like that. 3) Change to a different version, however this would most likely also require a wipe. A lot of in game features would need to be recoded and a lot of bugs would need to be re-fixed. Again, quite a lot of work but possible.
