I've looked around at banappeals for similar requests before and can only hope my character/account wasn't accessed by a thirdparty or messed with. My character was like level 50 or something so I cant imagine there must have been much worth taking. Thanks!
Hi there! You don't appear to be banned on our end, I checked the account with the IGN Polyrux and it wasn't banned. It's possible the IP you are using though has been previously banned by somebody else. Can you try refreshing your IP and let us know if that didn't work so we can figure out what's going on.
Hi, So I released/renewed my IP through command console and now I am receiving a different error on trying to log in. "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection". Another thing that I have found odd is that all NX on my account gained through voting has dissapeared. Unsure if there was a rollback or if it is set to expire after as certain amount of time. Hm.. We don't wipe any NX so there's a possibility your account could've gotten hacked. I'm going to start a PM with you and I'll need you to send me your MAC Address in that PM so I can check it on our end, because your account isn't blocked there's no ban at all when I looked it up on our end so I'm a bit stumped as to what's happening.
