Not Bug Possible Haste bug?

    I noticed that haste will cancel all other speed＋efforts from equip, is this normal or a bug? I have 110% speed raw, when I cast haste, I only have 140 instead of 150. The haste skill however said ＋40 speed, not like fixed 140 speed. Haven't test jump, but probably the same.

    Speed is capped at 140, you can't go above that.
