A Korean friend of mine, who is rather an expert in MS pre servers, told me that all Korean p-servers now days change the wiz file type to (IMG) and this apparently fixes 90% of the DCs (including graphical glitches). Have the Staff tried this method already? PS: Ofc this method is more complicated than what I described above but I just wonder if it has been attempted before.
