Consider restoring some power/incentive to powder farming on lvl 200 characters(or really anyone) by providing a crafting option for the VL projectiles(RTK, Royal Bullets, and Quivers) where the 750mil crafting cost at Vogue is replaced with an equivalent amount of Shiny Bee Powder at their previous meso exchange rate(5mil). This could give some incentive to running bonus section of Rose Garden which has seen a decline in use since the departure of meso/hr as a reward. This would substitute the time needed to acquire meso for crafting the VL projectiles while also tying their crafting back to VL and LHC centered content.
