Minor Potion store arrow buying limit

    After the update for potion limits increased to 1000 it seems like they also affected arrow buying limit. I go to Showa to buy the blue arrows in stacks of 2000 at a time and have to buy them 1k at a time now.

    Can potion limit be increased for items that you buy from NPC as well? e.g. Alcaster for rocks and Mo for ACP/milk/cider from Dead Man's Gorge
