Power guard bugged on bosses

    The description of power guard is 40% less touch damage

    With the normal wraith mob the damage got reduced by 40%

    However on the boss it's just a minimal 20ish % damage reduction is this normal?

    yeah it's 20% on bosses, I wrote a thread about in the bugs forum it before and they didn't reply so I guess it's not a bug
