Power Stance glitch - Help

I've done the el nath quest twice, 1 with a party and 1 solo and i am still not able to get the power stance skill

 

Did you leave the map using the portal on the right when the message tells you to in the chat?

 

nope was i suppose to leave when the timer runs out?

 

there shouldve been a message if you successfully protected Tylus in the chat log that tells you to exit the map. Once that happens, you exit using the portal on the right. if you stay it counts as if you failed to protect him
