    Problem: Unable to start the Power Stance quest.
    Details: Crimson Balrog is not available, unable to obtain the story book to start the Power Stance Quest

    i had the same problem, try finding a GM online and they will warp you to the boat and spawn it for you. at least that is what they did for me, good luck!
