Hey there folks. I was discussing the level caps for PPQ with Dimitri on the forums chat-box. Last week I attempted to do a PPQ with several guild-mates all within the level 55-70 range. I, however, was 126. With me in the party we were unable to enter. Upon clicking, no dialogue would pop up from the NPC and nothing would happen. Once I left the party and they invited another 55-70, they got in fine. It is apparent to me from my discussion with Dimitri that 70+'s should be able to enter however with the consequence of the PQ giving 1/2 the experience it normally would. I came here to test it several minutes ago and saw multiple level 51's PQing. I informed them that they'd not be able to do it, being below level 55, however they stated that they are in fact able to. It seems to me that there may be bugs when it comes to checking the level's of players when entering the PPQ. I'm not sure what levels are actually intended to be able to join, but from what I've learned in the past short while, it should be 55+. Just wanted to make sure it is known that it seems there are some issues here somewhere.
