Can anyone confirm if the Ratty and Greedy Lord Pirate Hats are obtainable from ppq, or if will be available in the future? thanks
No, they're not going to release that type of hat into the server. It's vastly overpowered and makes the Auf Circlet helm pointless to get as well as trivializing Zakum/Scarga helms.
