You as a person is only allowed to vote once per 24 hours, it does not matter if it can come across as 2 different people, we can tell. Any attempts to circumvent those rules will result in being banned from the game. However in your case since we are talking about a single double vote, and you admitted so yourself, instead of banning you this time I removed the extra 8k NX from your account. Don't do it again.
