Hi Staff, The pervious owner of the computer I'm currently using had a Maple Royals account that ended up being permanently banned. With that being said, I'm unable to play on my own account due to this ban. It's unfortunate that the previous owner was banned, but now I'm unable to access Maple Royals due to their actions. Furthermore, what can I do to play on the same computer that someone was perviously permanently banned on? Thank you so much for your time and help!
You have similar login IDs / emails and the same date of birth as the original offender that got banned for three strikes of offensive language.
