    the pig chair fluctuates in price because it's from the winter event. 30-60m
    I've seen Bearingtons go for 250m, and I've seen it sell for 170m lol

    Average price for Bearingtons is 150m. Im having difficulties selling any even item right now at all due to high number of people selling. I have a bearingtons for sale for 100m and still no buyer. You might want to store event items and wait a bit to sell them.
