Since Priest's Doom was claimed to be functional in Update #59, I've been thinking if it really is. Having tested it for a while, I'd say it's functional, but not fully. I noticed that the success rate wasn't as high as it claimed to be. Take my Doom for example, it's level 16 and should have a success rate of 76%, but it just doesn't feel THAT high. And I think I have a clue. There are mainly 2 steps after you succeed in dooming a monster: 1. Modifying its stats 2. Turning it into a snail And this is what happens now: If a monster is turned into a snail, then its stats are 100% modified. But sometimes it gets its stats modified without turning into a snail. Here are 2 video proofs. Before watching, you should know that Crimson Guardian is immune to holy magic, which means it only receives 1 damage when you use Genesis, Angel Ray, etc. And Doom DOES remove immunity. Part 1 shows that I dealt 1 damage to Crimson Guardian when actually I dealt 40k ~ 50k damage, meaning I succeeded in dooming it but it didn't turn into a snail. (It took me 3 shots to kill it.) Part 2 shows that Bahamut's attacks missed when actually they weren't.
