Hey guys, So I'm trying to download the Windows Client of MR and it first gets blocked by my browser due to that it "may contain a virus or spyware." After unblocking it and successfully downloading the file, my antivirus then scans the file and removes it. Ends up saying it has 2 trojans in it. So, is it safe to download? Am I maybe downloading the wrong file? Any help would be appreciated
It's safe to download, yes. Some virus scanners scan the client as a false positive, meaning that they suspect it's a potential threat, but not necessarily has to be one. In this case, it's not. Also make sure you download our custom setup or you might not be able to play the game to it's fullest (think of disconnecting randomly). I hope my answer suffices!
