Solved [Solution Given] Problem logging into the game

    Hello good morning @Matt, I am writing this message so you can help me please.

    I am from Venezuela and my internet service provider is called "FIBEX" but in my area they only give me two public IPs, both for me and for many in my area, which are xxx.xx.30.128 and xxx.xx.30.131, the first one being the one I currently have, but it is blocked for playing MapleRoyals

    Until yesterday I had the second IP, but my service provider makes random IP changes and I cannot request or change the IP, that is, I have no control over this.

    So I think that there are more honest people harmed by the IP than the person who committed the fraudulent act.

    On the other hand, I try to use Cloudflare's WARP, but when I select my character it disconnects me from the game, the IP that WARP assigns me is the following: xxx.xx.255.84.

    I hope you can help me to continue playing, I haven't played for a while and I'm trying to get back into the game.

    Sorry if I'm writing in the wrong place, but my account is not actually banned. The banned IP is my service provider's IP, where we are perhaps more honestly harmed people. Since it is a public IP where it is assigned to many subscribers in my city and it seems unfair to me that because of one person, others have to pay the price.

    You would have to request dedicated IP from your ISP

    We are unable to lift the IP bans once issued

    Well, I'll have to wait for my ISP to assign me another IP randomly. Requesting a dedicated IP is more expensive and I can't afford it.

    Just as a suggestion, they should approach the problem of banned IPs in another way, since honest people are more affected than dishonest people.

    Nowadays IPv4s are very very limited and ISPs, in order to save money, assign a single public IPv4 to many subscribers at the same time. And I've seen several topics posted by other people with the same problem.

    The only dedicated public IP I have is IPv6 and I don't think it works for playing Royals.

    Thank you for your attention and we hope that these important points are taken into account so that like me, and others who have this same problem, we can continue enjoying MapleRoyals.
