Can someone help me? I have been trying to enter the game for about 9 hours, but i am not able to enter, whenever I try to character select it goes to the Login page and says "Unable to connect". I have tried to reinstall and other character, even created a different account. Can someone help me how to solve this? Btw, I use a Macbook My Ign: ManduDok Thank you
Yes, I am still having the same problem.. I even tried to change my password, but it didn't solve anything. After i try to login, it says that my account is already logged in.
Aren't you supposed to verify your IP or something online? I remember having the same problem a few months ago.
Have you tried logging in on the website and choosing character fixes? Verifying your ip was removed half a year ago at least.
Yes, i did that every time i tried to login :/ but it didn't solve anything. After doing the character fixes I tried to login again and the same thing happens, it is fine until the part where I choose the character and after selecting it, I am directed to the main page saying "Unable to reconnect"
