issue with voting and loosing all my characters i strated to play again 3 days ago, and i realized that all my characters are delete, like a new account, but i created it in 2017. In this account i had a corsair,level 122 and its name was miguelasio. Also, i created a new character and now it's level 30, but i can't vote for nx, becuase the page said me that i don't have a character over level 15 So i have 2 problems, first i want to get back my corsair and wanna vote for nx. need an answer as soon as you can.

Keep in mind that Staff do not delete any characters, so make sure you're correctly remembering which account your original character was played on. 2. You can follow this guide to troubleshoot any voting issues that you're having. Keep in mind that you need to submit your ACCOUNT LOGIN ID not your CHARACTER NAME in order to vote. The voting mechanism is working properly on our end.
I lost all my previous characters when I entered now recently, I had to create another character on the same account as always.
