Not Bug Professor FoxWit NPC -- Cape quest

    Hello friendly Maple Royals staff,

    I've tried paging ~gm and none of replied :( I'm sure you guys are busy.

    Anyways, I have recently received forging scrolls for a cape (Sirius Cloak) that Professor Foxwit of NLC makes. However, I could not click on the NPC.

    Is the NPC working?
