Not Bug Proof of Love Perion NPC bugged

Hi, I've finished all the other 3 proof of love quest from the other NPC's (kerning, elinia, henesys) except for perion's because this is all she says.

I've tried re-logging and changing channels but I can't find a resolution. :/

I tried it again today and the problem still persists. :/
Do I have to re-download the wz files and client if nobody has the same problem?
