Fixed Protect Ludibrium

    I have a problem doing the quest "Protect Ludibrium" i have a i/l mage and i cant get mysterious powder cause only where i seen it drop is from master death teddy and they are immune to ice and lightning and i dont feel using magic claw to kill them is worth the time.

    I didn't see any drop from dual ghost pirate please fix this

    I can confirm that only Master Death Teddies drop them at the moment and I agree that this needs to be fixed.

    Added to the monster quest drops list with the same chance of dropping from either Master Death Teddies or Dual Ghost Pirates.
