Hello, adminstration of MapleRoyals A few days ago, I have tried to create a forum account under the user name: MaplesDream The problem is I tried to register with my QQ email (of tencent company in China), but the forum has banned this email. So I used a gmail account that I don't often use to register the forum. I would like to know why is my QQ email got banned? I would also like to change the email address registered for the forum account.
Please PM me what you want the email address changed to. the QQ email was likely banned due to associations with spamming. We have a system to filter spam/bot registrations and one of the things it looks at is the email associated with the account.
