I've noticed that more people than usual seem to be having trouble with getting their rewards for completed quests and that using NPC Chat (plus the direction keys and Enter, if necessary) doesn't seem to help like it usually would. People are also experiencing this fairly soon after a server check, which isn't usual in my experience. This seems to have been an issue since the Anniversary/Zak fix update.
