I'm sure I read somewhere that quest exp has been adjusted to 3.2x, however I am still receiving 1x exp for the quests I finished.
If you look at the difference in your experience, you received 48000 for completing the quest, 48/15=3.2. The text in the box does not reflect the actual experience obtained. I was worried about the same thing when completing sign board quests but saw I received way more exp than was stated.
