Hello, I'm a person who recently joined this server and who to his dissapointment found that the quest rates are still 1x on this server. I would really like to see the questrate increase as I and perhaps many more do enjoy doing quests and such. I have also noticed that some low level quests such as the nlc quest are not working, it's a good source of exp for many new players and perhaps it could be added aswell.

Quests are 4x exp, though yes a bunch of them are bugged atm. This will be fixed with the new source, along with many other things. (I personally wouldn't be against increasing quest exp to like 6x, but that's me. I love quests)
Quest rate after level 10 is 4x. Maple Island has enough quests to get you to level 10 if you do all of them. Ditto
The only quest I know of that is at 1x exp rate is the orbis etc quest. Used to be about 50m or so to get from lvl 7-30
