    I want to keep track of how many quests I've done so far, but the quest specialist medal isn't being offered to me and the quest just doesn't exist in general. Is this happening to anyone else?

    I believe you need to forfeit one of the other Medal quests in the same category (Challenge?) and then it will pop up at Dalair. Good luck!
