    • Quest: The View of the Ocean
    • Location: El Nath Mt. & Aquaroad; El Nath: El Nath Market
    • NPC: Alcaster
    • Details: Item Needed: Snow Crystal x 100; You will need to hunt for 100 snow crystal from Leatty, But it seems Leatty do not drop this item.
    This is a Minor issue for most people, but for some people like me this is an important issue, I hope you will take care of the problem as soon as possible.

    They should most definitely drop if you have the quest active, the drop chance is a bit low.
