Quest: Carta the Sea Witch Issue: Sea Dust drops from chests, not from Bone Fish mob. Quest description says that Sea Dust is from Bone Fish.. however that is not true. They actually drop from the chests the player has to attack. Spent 10 mins farming Bone Fish and nothing drops besides the Cold Tear. After checking Hidden Street, their quest guide says from the chests, and now I am good.
