Closed Question about my 3 harassment offenses?

I have a question for GMs regarding my 3 harassment offenses. Regarding my first offense I think I got banned for KSing, Does that really count as a harassment strike?
And regarding my second offense, The one Luna banned me for, she stated that there wasn't enough evidence for harassment and she vetoed the ban. That can't possibly count
as a strike can it? Especially if the ban was vetoed? And regarding the most recent offense (the 3rd one), If you check my logs me and the person who reported me had made up
and apologized to each other and even before we made up, this person was the one initiating the conversation luring me into "harassing" them. Does the third strike even count
if both sides were technically harassing one another and had made up? I assumed this person filed the report a day before we made up, but if both sides admitted to harassing
one another and came to a truce does it still count? Please give me a reasonable explanation because I've been playing this game since '15 and I truly believe I have been wrongly
banned as their are other people who commit even bigger offenses and is off scott free. I ask that the GMs look deep into the "3 offenses" and also look even deeper into the root
of the problem for the third offense. I'm not going to say any names but the reason I even associated with this person was because I was angry at the fact they took my friends
gear and wouldn't return it. I think both sides are at fault and not just me, I don't think it's right to merely point the finger at me just because I didn't put the effort in to also
report this person? I ask that the GMs have some sympathy and be merciful with me here because I believe I have a arguable case for each and every offense out of the 3.

 

I understand tyrants like hackers and people who resort to rwt doesn't deserve mercy or a second chance but what about someone who would never commit a maple crime and also has an arguable case? I think the reason Luna banned me for "harassment" 2 years ago was because she merely looked at the report that she was sent and didnt check the logs because as you can see, once I told Luna my side of the story, she went back and double checked and sympathized with what I had to say. I ask that you at least look deep into the 3 offenses (especially the 3rd most recent offense)

 

Look at it as if you were in my shoes GMs, If your friend gets his gear swindled and you try to stand up for righteousness by confronting the thief and you get perm banned wouldn't you feel wronged?
