Question about playing on another pc while banned.

So i recieved a 3day ban as you may know from cussing, and im down my aunts visiting for the nightt, and i was wondering if i'm allowed playing down here, not on the account i was banned from, but on say a new one? or a mule account? or is that still agaisnt the rules? , and am i allowed voting on my main account from here, even though i voted from home earlier? or is that abusing the vote system? ty. -OneLove

ps. i know 3days isnt long, and im allowed playing tomorrow. but im bored af and got nothing else to do, its a shitty rainny day out. :/ sigh
