Dark knight is very good for mobing, its high hp, nice dmg and attacks makes it a fun and strong class. About Dex amount, the point is to have enaugh dex so youll have enaugh ACC to hit monsters without missing them, so it depands on your items and the monsters you would like to train at. The ideal base Dex amount here is 40. I have 35 base Dex, but in general you should put or remove ap in\from Dex, so youll have the ideal amount (combined with external Dex points from gears).
