Hey, I was wondering how often the staff respond to requests... I donated about 5 days ago in hopes of changing my characters IGN and haven't hear anything back. I just wanted to make sure this is something that's possible and will be done eventually because if not I would just make a new character... So my question / needed advice / tldr: Do staff often attend to name changes? or should I just make a new character (I'm level 60 :/ )
They usually process namechanges during server downtime. So my guess would be that they will process it when the christmas event ends, the 17th of January. If not they will do do it eventually, don't worry. Just make sure the name you want is available and you have made a post to change your name and you have the required amount of RP in Cash Shop. I reccomend making a character with the name you want, on the same account so that you are 100% sure it is available, they can swap the characters name, or give the mule a dummy-name, just make sure you specify what you want. No need to make a new character unless you want to save the donor points and are willing to level to 60 again.
Was about to comment but Breig said it all. What I do recommend is opening a thread to get the donator tag as well, so it will be issued as well
