Hello, I have been wondering which of these swords has more DPS without SI? [in case SI dc] 130 ST or 137 Claymore? I know ST is better because of its speed but I still see a lot of warriors use claymores and since claymore is cheaper I'm thinking about getting one but idk if its worth it really or should I just save for a ST. Help would be appreciated! Thanks
https://royals.ms/forum/threads/the-best-option.14714/ Easily ST Approx per minute according to this thread without SI: ST:87 Claymore:78 Almost 10 extra attacks per minute and ~90 per ten minutes.
Claymore = no DEX req, cheaper at same attack, with SI same speed as ST with SI, more attack when perfect scrolled
7up is right, a lot easier to equip Clay. 1h+shield (pyrope/flame) is more expensive but highest dpm without SI. Very much comes down to what content you aim to do. And if you see yourself maining it, etc.
https://royals.ms/forum/threads/effectiveness-of-speed-infusion-2-0-wip.223317/ Dragon Claymore - (6) 840 - (4) 750, +12.00% - (2) 630, +19.05% Stone Tooth/Sparta - (5) 810 - (3) 690, +17.39% - (2) 630, +9.524% ST deals (750/690)=~8.7% more damage than a Clay using only Booster (aka solo dailies). Also yes, ST gains more value from booster than Clay. Fully buffed they both reach the minimum Atk Speed Cap and have the same dps. If meso is all that you care about and want to optimise non-SI DPS. Than consider to buy a Clay over ST when the Clay has more than 9.5% watk for the same meso. I believe the general consesus about non-SI dps favours 1h. However, 1h and 2h use different damage formula's and the only generalised true statement you can make is: "2h yields 10% more damage from STR."
