Question on Pilgrim Hat

    Hello,
    I was just wondering if there is a level requirement in getting the Pilgrim Hat. I do know that the quest for getting the parts of the hat has a level requirement, but does exchanging the parts for the hat have a level requirement?

    Yes u still have to be level 30 to deliver the items.
