Hey all, So after 2 or 3 days that I didn't log in, I went to the FM to check my store and I didn't have any items to retrieve from the NPC. In regular cases, I really don't mind, it's just I had 2 WS and other stuff that I tried to sell and that's a real bummer. Please advise. Thanks/
Were those items in a hired merchant? If so, did the merchant expire? If that’s the case, your items should be retrievable from Frederick in the Free Market Entrance. Otherwise, I’d post in Character Issues about this problem.
As per the above, please create a thread at Character Issues if you believe your items have disappeared https://royals.ms/forum/forums/character-issues.55/ I may also request more details such as the Date and Time (UTC) of the issue
It's kinda funny because I'm playing the server almost 2 yrs and never had problems with retrieving any of my items and im totally aware to fredri the npc (also work in tech so not a novice with the situation ) I appreciate both of your comments and thanks for your time. If im not wrong my store was on Ch16 rm 1 under the Name RickOsanchez's store that's what I remember. /imma post on character issues as well but I believethe server itself isn't that safe after what we all saw a week and a half ago.
