I can confirm that the item does drop from Curse Eyes, but it has a very rare chance of dropping, the same as Arwen's shoe from Fire Boars.

Matt, So the issue that accured a month orso ago that the quest got bugged and the deed would never drop from curse eye is 100% fixed?
I don't believe there has ever been a bug, it just has a rare drop rate. The chance for the item to drop is approximately 1 in 6250.
