questions from a newcomer

Hi! I'm just looking for some awnsers abot the server. I've just downloaded the game and need to know some things before sinking my theet into it (or not):

1 - From 1 to 10, how populated is the server right now?

2 - Will I be able to find people enough to do low level group quests? I've never been high level even in the past anyways.

3 - Does this server has pay to win options? How does the "donation", "premium", "cash" or whatever work?

And at last: tips, directions, warnings or head's up for a wannabe Paladin and Marksman?

 

Pretty sure it's currently the most populated- hard to say on a scale of 1-10 though (as the fella below me said, pop is down- all servers are down during winter/finals season- the server regularly tops like 1.2k+ players at a time during the summer when people arent in school)

I never have trouble finding people- but it helps to have friends to quest with. If you go to channel 1 Fm/henesys you can usually find people your level- just reach out and ask. Joining a guild helps with the conversation immensely so you never feel alone.

RP (the donation currency) is only usable on cosmetic items in the CS. Otherwise, all other things like AP resets, gach, etc, come from voting once daily- you get 8k NX per vote per day.

Good choice in classes though

 

1. Probably about a 7. Its pretty populated but significantly less so than it used to be.

2. Yeah you should if you play during optimal times. Mainly KPQ and the Ariant PQ.

3. Not really. You vote once a day for NX thats mainly used for pets, pet equips, NX equips, but the real money comes from using that NX for gacha and AP resets.

HP wash a little if you can for Marksman.

 

If you want to play marksman and do bosses at higher level be prepared to hp wash, might not suggest it as first class since it is pretty expensive.
In other views marksmen are good and people want them in party.
Warriors are nice, wash is optional i think (never played one though) so you dont need to stress about it.

When i did pq's 3-4months ago on my first char the only party quest i had trouble finding people for was upwards from level 51 cpq2. Kerning, cpq, ludi etc low levels there were pretty much always someone looking for party or recruiting.

As of pay to win, there isnt anything like that, donation only gives cosmetics.

As tips, loot everything and npc it. Save up a bunch of nx, for example 100k + and go gach it in mushroom shrine or NLC for some goodies to sell and get nice mesos from. Gaching requires lvl 50 so you probably get 100k saved before that if you dont play super much or grind.

Best thing about royals is a real nice community and hopefully yoy will enjoy the game also !

 

Finding people to party with should not be an issue unless you play during really off peak hours. I would suggest finding a guild, as most are very helpful!

A tip for leveling: Participate in party quests like CPQ or grind farm monsters that drop equips/items in which you could selll for mesos. Some equips are sought after due to the godly system, which would fetch you some good mesos example: white doro robe from a jr. wraith, a godly 9int clean overall would sell for ~60m.

Wow, thanks everyone! Really glad to see some life around the forum. I think I'll give it a chance, try to find a guild, start grinding my way up.

mm as a first character is amazing. you will be loved at bosses, do decent dmg with low funding and can even summon farm with it!
