When battling the boss, he might send you to another room by magic. Normally, you just go to the portal in that map to get back to the boss map, as it even tells u in the chat window "go back to help your friends!" but instead, it teleports you out of the pq... leaving you with no reward at all. I don't know if it applies to Romeo's entry, it happened through Juliet's.
