Random DC during log in-phase

    Lately when I've picked a character in the login phase it disconnects me as soon as I see the map I'm about to spawn in.
    I log in again to try another channel but instead I get another dc. It could take me a few tries before I can get on without disconnecting, but even if I successfully stay on I tend to dc later on.
    I have no problem with my connection whatsoever, so I'm not sure what could be the cause.

    Is the fault on my side or is there any channel issues or something going on?

    That must've been a long time ago, I think I re-downloaded it once. Perhaps I should re-download it again?

    Try to redownload the game and also try rebooting your router and see if that helps
