Before I make the post, I'd like to say that I'm making this post for my friend who's going to start Royals. He has successfully downloaded and installed the game and can run Royals (even past the character select screen), but disconnects a few minutes into the game. I'm going to try to get him to replace his .wz files with some "new" ones (this helped me in the past) and see if this works. If anybody else has had this problem, any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks! p.s. he also said he doesn't get any d/c message at all. He just d/cs without a grey box prompting a message
The same goes for me as well. About 30 seconds after choosing my character to play I dc for no reason at all without any messages. It just freezes and I have to use the task manager to close it out. It started last night from the time of this post.
I think we got it to work. Try completely disabling webroot, if you even have that. This solved my friend's problem and we were able to play without problems up until he logged off so it might work for you. good luck!
I've restarted my computer and it seems to have fixed it. I'm not sure what the source of the problem was though.
