Decided to randomly go through portals and explore more since I can't do anything else, this message popped up and told me to make a bug report so here it is. The portal to the rank room doesn't exist. Where I am: Bowman Instructional School in Henesys Same thing happened in Ellinia, I assume it's the same problem across all first job instructor rooms.
