I think there is an issue with image caching where basically the first time the image is viewed. It will be that same image forever. Will look into this tonight. Regarding the broken images/items in wrong places. These will take a while to fix as we need to manually edit the X/Y coordinates & layering settings for each individual item. This isn't really a high priority but we will try to fix the image caching.
