Pretty sure 'rapist' falls under that.

 

So you just hide behind your powers, and simply ban me ?
I'm having a very nice behaviour in game, playing with others in peace.
Here you come, ban me because you can't bear my name.

Instead of that, can't we simply talk in game, about a real solution ? I'd have accepted a name change.

 

There is no hiding behind powers, as a GM I should be banning people who don't follow the rules. Yes I could have maybe whispered you in game and asked you to change it, but at the same time you could have never made a character with such an offensive IGN.

This has nothing to do with your lovely behaviour and your playing with other in peace, you are more than welcome to play under different names, but please make sure it's an acceptable one this time.

 

Well I've been playing a lot on Incest, and just started since yesterday on rapist.
And no one ever said something about my IGNs.
In guild Lubs many even had fun over my name Incest, and some stories about Game of Thrones !

I don't blame you for being offended, but for not talking to me about it before banning me.
I was enjoying the server, and ask your staff, I even fixed a few bugs for them.

Be nice, unban me and let me play with my friends

 

I will be more than happy to let you play, just not under that name. Again, this has never been about you personally, and we'd love for you to keep enjoying the server.

As for Incest, I personally have never seen the char around, but even if I have, do you honestly think it's as offensive as rapist? As far as I'm aware only one describes sexual violation of another human being.

 

incest & rapist, well, in term of as you say "violating the rules of mapleroyals" it's completely the same for me.

But well, if you're happy to let me play, I suggest an unban right now, and any admin can contact me in game and we'll discuss a new name,
