This is a re appeal, i am frustrated at the entire incident. i was wrong fully banned and also, i really couldn't care much about not being able to retrieve back my account. however, what i seek is justice and transparency on how is my ban appeal being handled. I know for a fact that i have neither vote abuse or account shared, but apparently TIM, have too much on his plate, was too lazy to seek clarity, not only banned my account with no evidence so suggest any of the mentioned reason, he simply closed off the ban appeal without providing so much as a "regardless you will remain banned for either account sharing or major vote abuse". i would like to re open this appeal and to show to the members of the public how big of a tyrant this TIM is. my appeal was handled in an unprofessional way.
