    Why did Based get a 2nd offence punishment for rude behaviour, when he havn't gotten his 1st offence punishment yet?

    Forum rules are not counted like that, you get warning points based of what you do.
    When you reached a certain amount of points you are permanent banned.

    Since you are not banned and you are not appealing any ban, closing.
